Just wondering how many users out there who have partners that are gamers awell as them.

When I first met my GF she told me the thing that impressed her about me was my trophy list xD And the reason we first started talking was because of a Tales game that had just released at the time. I was pretty happy to find a girl that was a gamer and also into the exact same kind of games as me lol. Usually with gfs in the past Id be buying them hair straighteners or jewellery for Xmas, now it's easy this year for example just bought her a PS4.

Not at all, though when we were still dating she played some coop with me like splinter cell, gears of war, a little sims, she even finished modern warfare 3(on the easiest difficulty), but those are just for a couple of minutes of gameplay an hour max and a couple of days, not anymore, but my daughter on the other hand, I felt like I created a gaming monster. . . .

Way back in the days of Sega Genesis my wife would come and play with me and our sons. She liked Streets of Rage very much. Mario Kart was also a favorite (as "anyone" can win there). Since then it has mostly been Solitare.
As for movies I often get to hear that I am lucky to have a wife that likes B-action movies and especially karate movies. I am not the biggest fan of those kinds of movies though.

Nope, she's not.

But she enjoys watching me play, depending on the game.

My wife is into games, just not nearly as much as I am. She's always enjoyed going through the Gears of War campaigns with me in addition to deathmatch on Splinter Cell PT and CT.  In addition, she's played most of the Lego games, many Mario games, as well as the "good" (our arbitrary yet harmonious opinions) Super Monkey Ball games, as well as some more casual games. I can't seem to get her to try too many other games, let alone like them though, not sure how or why she got into some of these, particularly Splinter Cell and Gears of War.

My wife plays turn based strategy like civilisation. She'll also play Mario kart, ratchet and clank, crash bandicoot etc when she gets time.

My wife plays quite a lot of games. We don't tend to play anything together though.
