It's still very important, the most anticipated gaming event every year.

It is still important for showcasing upcoming games and hardware.

Nintendo, that is all i need to say.. Don't dimminish something cuz it didn't favor Nintendo last E3, they had a bad press, Nintendo isn't that big that they can help or break the importance of E3 since E3 is more then gaming. I don't like E3 as if my life depends on it but i will not let that influence me to think otherwise which just seem to be public neglected.

E3 is important so is gamescom. Also how is gamescom in the middle of important places and E3 not ??? Also who cares a about the physical place if it gets broadcasted to millions of people ?

E3 could be in the Australian Outback and would still be important of millions of people are watching it.

Just because you determined E3 not to be important doesnt mean it is not important. PS4 Xbone announcement was made there I dont remember anything of this significance being ever unveiled at Gamescom.

Who cares if there are more people at gamescom. If those people are just random gamers.

I think he meant in the center of Europe and it is a short trip from 90% of european countries from where they are located and to Germany, that is nice if Europe wanna go to gamescom. E3 is for americans and americans only, which is understandable. To me? Both are important to the area where people live

e3 is more important just soley by the fact that it's before gamescom. major announcements usually come to e3 first.

E3 set the tone this gen and made waves last year. E3 2013 turned the NA gaming market on its head as MS fumbled and bumbled its lead away and Sony delivered a smackdown causing MS to reverse its whole system. Then in 2015 E3 magic showed up again with Sony birthing 3 gaming miracles like Mary poppin out triplets. This gen has been greatly influenced by E3 not Gamescom

last year E3 was a freakin dream come true for millions of gamers. Some cried out of joy, it was that powerful.

I like gamescom too, I watch both.
