I think Nintendo supported well the console software-wise. The problem is that one company can't possibly support two consoles at once. But I'd say that Nintendo is maybe the developer which releases more games in the market if we're talking about big developers. They tried to sell it its first 2/3 years, they failed, and then they moved on. The problem is that without third party support you can't fill the droughts. The "unprecedent" third-party support (EA was right in saying this XD) obviously damaged the WiiU. Also, the painfully bad marketing and a failed concept (Gamepad). I love the Gamepad, but it obviously didn't attract any attention.
