I'd consider an xbox one upgrade personally. I'd also consider a WiiU, nx or ps4 too. I'm going to be watching with very keen eyes. 

Probably too late because if i edit it the quote would still have me saying ouya 2.

Here you have it running 1440p upscaled to 4k, at 60 fps on the PS4k (neo), and on the left side, the Xbox One version running 900p and 30fps.

It would be 2 slow years for them, if the multiplat versions all looked and run worse out of all 3 consoles, on their own one.

Microsoft can focus on price penetration instead, get as low as possible and then ride out the rest of the generation. The market for a PS4 Neo isn't even proven for MS to waste they're time being a year late to the party. In context of console sales digital foundry videos aren't that relevant either. I think we also should remember that PS4 is and will remain the largest userbase this generation, games are optimised for it and the X1 not Neo and NX. We've seen this result in Ultra PC graphics  being only  slightly better then console versions outside of framerate (something which Neo's 30% stronger CPU won't easily be able to double). 

The biggest opportunity they have is being the first proper 9th gen console, just as the 360 was 7th gen. They throw this away by introducing a X1.5

It's possible I suppose, but most of the rumors say the handheld is using ARM instead of x86, and AMD doesn't work with ARM much afaik. They do have ARM chips, but they're relatively new and have primarily been used for enterprise I think (they're under the Opteron label). 

I think all of the most recent rumours suggest that developers are completely unaware of a handheld unit, if so there are no meaningful leaks regarding the handheld.

So, Sega, Microsoft, and Nintendo, are making new Consoles ?, Microsoft, already confirmed it in march, Nintendo, i don't remember when, but confirmed the NX, and Sega, confirmed that they would listen to the Developers of the Fan-made Dreamcast 2.
