Yup, at least one is chip for NX, and one is for PS4.5, it doesnt seems that MS will release XB1.5/2 in near future so it's possible that Nintendo has two of those chips, one for handheld and one for home console.

Well if Sony plan to continue to sell PS "4.0" alongside PS "4.5" (just at cheaper price point)
then it's plausible the 4.0 APU could benefit from same process shrink that the 4.5 APU will use.

I think they talked specifically talked about new SOC wins, not about old SOCs in smaller NM process.

It would be a new contract, so I don't see why they wouldn't lump them all together. 
But it's not clear if "4.0" will continue to be sold alongside "4.5".
There is always MS.. I mean, nothing has even been announced by Sony, so MS could very well on exact same schedule as them.

Looks like SEGA is entering the ring again.

When someone wants to bring a current SOC to a new process, the chip has to be redesigned because not every components reacts the same way (some parts get smaller than others). A new design is usually called a new product, and it would also explain why there will be only a 15% increase in revenue despite having 3 new products: one or two will act as replacements for the older parts.

OT: We'll have to wait and see what are those 3 new SOCs and if the three of them are for consoles, because while every AMD console product is a SOC, not every SOC from AMD is for consoles.

Well if it is 3, and we only have 2 Confirmed (until Sony, say something, PS4 Neo, is just a Rumor), so Sega, Nintendo, will launch their new consoles, and AMD, will enter on the Console Market, with their own console.
