Idunno games kinda are the main reason I'm in the gaming community :P my first game I ever played was pokemon Red/Blue when I was like 4. What brought me to this site? I thought the charts were cool never even saw the fourms/make an account until like a year after coming here to check charts

I mean, Crash Bandicoot was the first game I've ever played, so I guess that.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

As a social activity, probably Age of Empires, I played LAN with my friends for years. Then Pokemon, I didn't have a GameBoy when it came out, but I knew a couple of tricks to capture the Three Legendary Dogs on Gold/Silver, so I captured them for my friends. Then I nicknamed them embarrasing things.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Come join The 2018 Obscure Game Monthly Review Thread.

Probably Mario Bros 3, and well as Sonic. I loved those games as a kid! They got me hooked on the dang hobby....

I always named my pokemon the dumbest things ever, and I remember the good old days of playing AOE LAN with all of my friends.

As a kid, I used to go to my mom's cousin house, who had a Super Nintendo with both Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario World. Used to play the hell out of them and fell in love with them, but with SMW in particular. Then, I discovered the yellow, green, blue and red switch palaces. And that's when it happened.

Though for me, it's impossible to choose between Super Mario World and Super Mario Bros. 3.

I dont really have THE game that brought me into gaming, since I already had games and consoles for as long as I remember. But if i have to say, I would say that the first games that I played(and remember) were responsible. They are:Megaman X, FFX, Starcraft, The King Of Dragons, Diablo II, Heroes of Might and Magic III and Super Mario World.

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
