I'll keep this short and simple.
I don't think all mods, but some mods are far to often trigger happy squeezing the ban button, but not to often giving out warnings. Let me give you an example; You're a mod, and you see someone doing something wrong, but you do nothing about it, you let it continue as if nothing is wrong; and then out of the blue you send a mod message that you have done so-and-so more than once recently so this action is taken against you, and then you're banned. No warnings what so ever.
I don't think it's fair to ban without a proper warning. That's my feedback.
