UFFFFF How I hate this threads full of people shitting about something they have no fucking clue about. People shitting about the lenght when they dont have a clue about what this franchise is about, then people shittoing about the amiibo when it hasnt been confirmed that any hard mode is only locked behind it or also locked until you get all the medals like in sf64 and now people complaining about the price when they dont even know this is not a full priced release. Is disgusting.

60$ is the pack with Star Fox Zero + Star Fox Guard, the standalone game is 40$ here on Europe and around 50$ on Usa.

This is the only version available in Amazon, i dont know about the rest of the retailers in the US.

40€ the standalone version in Europe.  So 45$.

Why are they charging full price in the US then?

Can't wait to see the reviews. Game looks like a gamecube game, shorter than an indie game and when you get used to controls it's over. Also it's in a dead system. A recipe for disaster. Metacritic will be fun to see.

I'm sure there will be a way to buy the standalone version in Usa too.
They are not charging full price, that version you show me comes with the 2 games together. Star Fox Guard is 15$ in its standalone version.

Lol. And he was charging me for false information. Look, who is wrong.

I still think $60 is a little harsh but oh well. Broforce is cheap and a super long arcade game that's pretty cheap. Free on psn right now. I'm sure it will be fun but doubt I'll ever be able to pick it up for $40 new.

If it's 10 hours of totally new levels then that's not that bad. Not great by any means but not all that bad, either. Personally, though, I wouldn't pay $60 for 10 hours but that's just me.

As for the rationale of being full price only because it has Guard included, that kind of rubs me the wrong way. Most people probably aren't buying this for Guard and would rather take the discount. I only see one SKU on Amazon, however, which is $60 and reads "BONUS game included" on the case, which would likely lead many people to assume that Guard is free. That's a bit shady.

What bothers me a bit more are the replies that seem to suggest that developers can get off lightly as long as you can play a game over a bunch of times. That doesn't make much sense to me. That shouldn't have all that much to do with the amount of content or the amount of work put in by the studio. I'm not going to give a developer credit for the hours I put in replaying the same stages or levels.

The game is 60$

It doesnt matter what is included in the game, if there is not a version without SF Guard, the game is still 60 bucks.

Globally in the US of course.

Bannable post if I ever saw one.

Previews says the graphics are fine, despite what whiny haters on the internet are always saying, 10 hours is longer than expected for Star Fox and not all previews think you need 2 hours to master the controls, some say is half an hour, even eurogamer says that people that are used to splatoon will be used to this within seconds, and there is also a training mode, so you can master them before trying the campaign. So you can keep hating and waiting for everything related to Nintendo and Microsoft to fail but that is not gonna affect reality.
