What?
Dark Souls 3 will most likely sell over 500K in April NPD, 400K minimum. And with the massive UK gap, i don't expect USA to be much better, PS4 version should still sell similar to 3:1 compared to XBO.
I think 300K are absolutely the minimum for PS4 version of Dark Souls. While yes, Ratchet should do well, is not gonna be THAT well... Even The Last of Us remastered sold less than 300K in July NPD.
PS4 version of Dark Souls will easy beat it.

Maybe you are right.
Im just taking Amazon as the benchmark, even tho when it comes to SW it is not as reliable as with HW.
BUT, R&C is holding at 7 while DS3 is at 30.
Both came out the same day. If Amazon is a reliable indicative, R&C will sell better than the PS4 version of DS3.
Thats my prediction anyways.

Amazon for software is good for understand if a game is doing well or not. That's sure.
Though, you should never use amazon for comparation of software.
Just look at yearly 2016. Twilight Princess for Wii U is over The Division for XBO. What does this mean? This mean that, even before NPD was out, Zelda was always gonna do good, since was selling better than the XBO version of The Division. I mean, THE DIVISION.
Amazon obvius wanted to say the game was doing well. And that's what happen. But was Twilight Princess > The Division XBO a good estimate?
No. I mean not even in the most Nintendo fan dream lol. You see Twilight Princess over The Division for XBO, and you can expect good sales, but surely you can't expect Twilight Princess to beat The Division on XBO.
And well, i think is the same here. Ratchet and Clank doing better than Dark Souls III, is a good thing. Is positive for the game. We know that Dark Souls III is gonna sell very, VERY much. But shuld we expect Ratchet over Dark Souls? Not really...........
Just like you can't expect Twilight Princess to outselll The Division.
Of course, i don't think ReC > Dark Souls III is SO MUCH crazy like TP > The Division... but yeah, honestly i fell this really unlucky, Dark Souls III is just too big.
Also, you look at April and ok, but what about YEARLY? This is what really matter... Dark Souls III is bigger than ReC in the yearly.
