Apparently if you pre-ordered with Paypal it charges you right away. But if you used your credit card you will be charged when they ship.
They need to release more, they are needlessly refusing to take my money xD

As expensive as it is, the fact is it includes a Play Arts figure. Those things regularly go for a couple hundred on their own.

The EU is apparently updating right now.
Just finished episode 1 of the anime. The animation is very nice since the team behind Psycho pass is doing it. Ended in a cliffhanger after a really cool battle though.
