Whitney Houston
"I want to dance with somebody"
I heard that at the supermarket last week, and keep on singing it.
Sometimes I want to (DA DA) run away. I'd like to (DA DA) get away.
Bah, screw this thread for making me think of that song. Now I'll have it in my head for the rest of the day...
"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
-Sean Malstrom
@PDF: Excellent choices. I love both those songs. I thought they were from the late '70s. >_>

Actually,PDF is wrong about Foreigner's Cold as Ice (1977), but he's right about Journey's Don't stop believing (1981).
Fortunately, the songs from the 80's that stick in my head most are by Dire Straits.

@makingmusic476:
Don't Stop Believing: 1981
Cold as Ice: 1977
But Cold as Ice fits very well into the 80s.
As for me: I heard all the songs mentioned above back then. Most of them unvoluntarily.
Of those mentioned above Come on Eileen, Graceland, Temptation are still on my playlist today.

This thread is full of fail.
C'mon now...
