Forums - Nintendo - Youtuber who got Starfox Zero says it contains 20 levels + arcade mode + hidden mode

So, a certain youtuber streamed the game and it seems like he broke several embargoes without knowing it.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dt6WXVUim8I (the video will probably get take down by Nintendo so watch it quickly)

He says that the game contains 20 level (more than any Starfox game if I'm not mistaken) but with only 11 planet, because some planet have two different versions (like Corneria 1 and 2 for example). And that's not counting the multiple paths.

There's also an arcade mode, like in Starfox 64, with a game over if you fail. There's a training mode also to let you train in the planets before playing the game. And there's still a hidden that none knows about yet.

sounds cool. He also leaked the Falco amiibo thing. Don't know what Nintendo will say to that...

not sure if on topic or not... but have you guys watched this one yet:

If it's about 20 levels, then yeah that would be more than Star Fox 64. So that sounds good... Though now I'm intrigued by this hidden mode...*_*

Ooooohhh Nintendo's gonna be pissed at him so bad.

He puts the game in a very positive light though... they might just let this slide.

Are SF games always so low in content?

Yep, this is probably the game which has the more content of them all. Except Adventures, but that was a totally different type of game.

Rail shooter games are usually short. What makes SF worth of hours of content is the replayability factor. Get all the medals, unlock an expert mode, try different paths...

Starwing (SNES) and Starfox 64 can be finished in one hour and a half. But the point of the game isn't to just finish it once and done, but more to score it.

Still, Zero seems to have more content than these two.

I don't kno how much this guy has played the game, but he beat it once, and it had like 4 hours of playtime. That's not bad at all for a playthrough, and if this is the case, way more than I expected.
