One good thing about KI--even if you don't buy the new characters and content, you can still play against them.

People who bought Season 1 and nothing else still get the tweaks, visual improvments, and can continue to play online with anybody.

He won't respond because that was a huge problem SFIV. Either update or you're stuck with opponents playing that version. Fortunately that was addressed with SFV.

Not starting anything. Asking because there were a lot of uprising about how Capcom sucks because they released new versions, while this season cost just as much as a new game and is base on the 2013 game yet.

If you bought DLC that included new characters, you upgraded to a version not compatible with players that didn't upgrade.

You can't play online with somebody playing a different version. SFIV, SSFIV, SSFIV:AE, and USFIV are not compatible with each other. You can only play against opponents playing the same version you have.

No excuses, that sucked. KI doesn't have that problem, if you bought Season 1 only you still can play with people who purchase Season 2 and 3 content.

They rotate the free character. I don't use the free version so I don't know how often they change it.

All the seasons have been $20 UNLESS you're buying versions that include extra content (costumes, arcade games, extra points, etc.).

You're grasping at straws trying to compare this to SFIV, time to give it a rest.

Classics are a part of the Ultra bunduru. They're not sold separately.
