Unfortunately the Indie Games thing was true. Xbox should have had that Indie Garbage instead.

That can't be true. They're both free afaik and just require an account to twitch, ustream, YouTube or whatever service you broadcast/record to

Look at the images. Only Sony says the game DVR is free of charge. Does anybody know how many Microsoft Points it costs to record a 15 min video? I don't have an XBO, so I don't know.

The only shady / obviously untrue bit of the PS4 reveal was 1080p 60fps. I think the "auto-download demos" thing would have been fine if the hard drive was 3x bigger.

Yeah. Instant Game Collection sure has more indie games than back before PS4 launched.

Though that wouldn't be a problem as per se if the indie games on offer were of higher quality. High quality indies are some of the best games there are imo and I was happy the months where PS Plus gave Resogun, Outlast, Dead Nation, Trine 2, Fez, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Spelunky (I know I might be alone with this one), Transistor, The Unfinished Swan, Rocket League, Limbo, Supet Meat Boy and Magicka 2.

If we aren't talking PS Plus offerings, I fail to see what the problem is regarding indies. They're great to have between big releases and if you don't like them, you can just ignore them. It's not like Bungie delays Destiny 2 because of them.

Other PS4 indies I can recommend are Firewatch, Soma, The Witness, The Talos Principle, Everybody's Gone to the Rapture, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Oddworld, Axiom Verge, Journey, Shovel Knight and Bastion.

I agree with both. And I'm also a bit sad that we still don't have a true PS4 game from Naughty Dog but I'll live  ಥ__ಥ

Yeah. I remember that. Actually, I wasn't interested in this feature as I hardly ever buy DLC and don't want my HDD filled with it but I'm sure many others are.

Though, I'd be very interested in the consoles automatically downloading patches for all owned games and pre-downloading patches for all pre-orders. If put in rest mode they already do the former, don't they?

I can only speak for the PS4, but yeah it does download patches/updates while in rest mode.  I have noticed that this feature can be a little sporadic though.  Sometimes I'll turn my PS4 on and all my games are updated (nice), while other times Ill start a game and then it will start to patch (boooo).
