Man what amazing chapters both for One Piece and My Hero Academia

One Piece 834

I love the look of the son of Bege, it had me laughihng for a good 10 minutes, also I'm extremely happy that Pudding was forced to not bring Sanji to the Sunny since now there's still hope for her becoming a Straw Hat ! I'm positive Big Mom had the news censored about Jinbei since just like Brook said he's not the kind of person to retreat after saying something so important... I don't know what the hell is going on in the Seducing Woods with Brulée and her Mirror Mirror no mi but I hope the Straw Hats get out of there ASAP, it's a place far too strange for me :v

My Hero Academia 101

Great improvements across the line (except Mineta of course... man I hate him so much), Tokoyami looks beastly now that he merged with Dark Shadow to use it during Melee combats. I predicted correctly Izuku starting using his legs! Mei was extremely touchy with him but apparently Ochako wasn't particularly jealous which is strange, still of course I'm waiting to see what crazy attack Todoroki can do with both of his powers, also I'm waiting to see what kind of move Yaoyorozu comes up with !

I just really want Deku to get a grasp of things and show some REAL growth. He is smart and I like he has figured out he should use his legs but he should be able to come up with some very impressive things instead of what he currently has. I wonder how long it is going to take for him to output more power and not destroy his freaking body while doing it.

I'm postive it'll take a while, but thanks to Mei he made huge jump in the right direction today ! I expect him to start dealing damage without getting hurt  in about 50 episodes, while with some 5% attacks he can probably already do it with his new suit !

Yeah they've been doing that for a while, really cool. Also the fishes in the first pages had me dying and that last page with the butterfly just ended me right there xD

Keijo!!!! is really amazing, has a lot of similarities to Hajime no Ippo weirdly enough. And how absurd it is really makes it special, since it knows what it's doing and doing it well. Btw Kusakai best girl ;) I love this manga for what it is, can't wait for the anime.

I think my favorite part was her yelling out "Beach-kun!"  Personally, I find it so ridiculous that it's endearing.  That being said, I think the author is actually really good at creating characters.

I'm an Aoba fan.  She's just so darn cute.

Kusakai is very pretty and adds a lot, too.  Not only is she funny when she hits on all the girls but she is also something of a mentor because she is just so damn good.

Oh yeah that scene reminded me of when Beach kun showed up for the first time all big and talking seriously to her and saying his goodbyes  a few chapters ago xD. Honestly just a great chapter overall. And yeah Aoba is adorable. That scanning hand ability of hers and the way she can mimic moves and give orders is really cool. Can't really say I dislike any character in the series. They're all pretty well done. I do wish that his previous work would get some translators though. You know the guy that tells her what she has to do to fix her problem, you probably know this, but he's the main guy in another work of the author called Momi-Baraishi. The series is over, but only 4 chapters translated...I wanna follow the story of a man that exorcises spirits out of people by fondling their boobs, is that too much to ask!

Also, read Boy Skirt(because trap) and I really enjoyed it, kind of which there were more like it, since I'm a sucker for a series with a good trap.

One Piece 834

The more of Goda shows Jinbie in this arc the more i pray to him that he joins the straw hats at the end of it.

My Hero Acadiemia

Deku definitetly has a coll suite upgrade can't wait to see his first fight with it and i bet he will more focus on his kicks and his fists.

Nisekoi

are we seriously pulling the reunion years later then bang card? god damn it i am so glad this shit is ending next chapter

Beach-kun made me laugh out loud when I realized who he was.  It took a second, though.

I knew that guy was from his previous series but I forgot to look into it more.  It's always a shame when something that looks interesting doesn't get translated.

I thought Boy Skirt was well written.  There are motivations and reasons for the situation, even if they've turned into something else over time.  I've got to say, I hope the sister overcomes her adversity, so to speak, because that would make things very interesting.

So I just started reading this manga Tomo-chan wa Onnanoko! It is so hilarious. MCs best friend is the best.. you guys should read this.

One Piece: Still worried about Jinbe...hope he's alright. It seems like either Big Mom won the fight or he found a way to escape battle altogether. I'm really doubtful he managed to talk his way out of it...something isn't right here.

The woman that Capone married looks just like Lola, from the Thriller Bark arc, but according to the One Piece wiki, they're different characters. Not sure if the wiki is just playing it safe or what. They look like twins.

Seeing a baby smoke a cigar made me laugh more it should.

Pekoms can't be dead yet...hopefully someone saved him off screen. A Vinsmoke maybe?

Nisekoi: Toradora Route confirmed.

Well...I suppose I feel more satisified here than with Toradora though. Taiga had issues to deal with, but it was still annoying how she ran off without saying anything. With Chitoge, she knew what the best thing for her future was, but was hesitant until Raku gave her the push she needed. Telling her that he would wait for her as long as she needed was heart-warming. That, and seeing them act so natural even after they confessed their feelings to each other, it really reminds me just why I love this couple so much.

The silent portion was well done, though obviously rushed to set the stage for the final chapter. I don't even like Onodera, and yet the panel of her choosing not to wave at Raku was really well done. I really feel convinced she can move on from being an orbital character. She's a strong independent doormat that don't need no man!

Overall, it was a sweet chapter, and I'm going to miss reading this every week. At least we get 25 pages for the finale!

The one with swords: Not even going to put this one in spoilers. Really dissapointed with how this turned out.

Part of me wants to entirely blame Jump for this...but looking back on this arc, Kubo probably had more lee-way than he honestly deserves. There's no freaking reason he needed to give Shunsui vs. Throw-away Sniper dude a 10 chapter battle. Same story for Mayuri and Master Hand. It's obvious that he lost interest after Aizen, and basically has just been padding ever since. Despite Jump's reputation, I honestly don't completely blame them in this case, when it's obvious that Kubo has basically been giving the bare minimum for a while now.

I suppose the part where Ichigo manifested the original Zangetsu was pretty cool. That's the only good thing I can say about it. Unless the final chapter surprises me, I honestly will treat this story as having ended after the Aizen fight. Now excuse me while I go to my Angry Dome.

Yeah definitely, I really want her to do that as well, could make things very interesting as you say and the new character seems to be a good addition too. I do also think the story is well written, seems like the author knows what he wants to do with it. I'm definitely looking forward to what happens in the future.

A lot of us here actually do read it :p It's really funny.

It turns out Bleach was all just a dream. Ichigo, who got hit on the head while he and Chado were fighting some punks, wakes up and heads to school. The end.

So just one more chapter of Bleach?

badir better finally be ready for Ichinoue!

I don't think any of the pairings are gonna happen and i say this as Ichihime fan.

Boku no Hero Academia, now that I'm caught up to 101, I gotta say, the anime easily adapted the worst part of the manga. We only saw a whiny Deku who constantly breaks himself and has no confidence, we saw a bitchy Bakugou who didn't experience any of the moments of true character development that at least partly justify his attitude, and we got very, very little action for a series that, like many like it, experiences combat conflict after combat conflict.

Season two of the anime has a chance to be a lot better based on what comes after, but if they only adapt another 20 chapters, it's going to feel really disappointing and drawn out. At the least, the manga will stay a good read week by week.
