Someone did a mock up, and a photoshop, and added grips and the wheels.
It looks like a okay controller to me.
Sure the buttons will be touch screen, but maybe its not so bad, once you try it.

Well let's hope you're right. I'd rather see carts sell on NX for $75 each than this. At least then I'd still personally be able to enjoy the thing.

No, it would be terrible. Imagine playing a fighting game with touch buttons. Imagine performing any kind of complicated platforming maneuver with touch buttons. Imagine aiming precisely in a shooter on a controller with analog sticks that don't move on a joint. This is a gaming nightmare. The last problem this thing had was not having grips.

They did a photoshop test on it though. It's not a photoshop. Fake or not, the object in that picture is a real object.

I'm not sure if there's any tech which makes haptic buttons sensible, but I really need knowing where the buttons are if I'm playing a game. I think that with physical buttons and handles it would be an amazing controller.
