On neogaf a guy that should know if its real or not, wrote "this should not have been exposed" backwards in hex code.

Atleast the dude is confirmed to be under NDA, so he "knows".

Basically its real.

Most are saying its a prototype though.

Still this is what nintendos new controller could very well look like.

What people seems to not understand is that EVERYONE thinks this is the final retail version of the controller, when is 99% chance that only is a prototipe or a devkit which means it will change to the final version, the final version probably would have grips atleast for more comfortable handling

When it comes to NX.. We dont know what "new concept" and "brand new take on consoles" means.. That in it self could have system selling power.. (we know Nintendo believes in it)  But for the sake of this answar (even if it makes no sense) I will act like its a "normal" console.

For really be a succes it offcourse has to match (or better) PS4 weekly numbers.. But when it comes to lifetime sales.. NX is competing with PS5/Xtwo

(Same like 360 did'nt compete in lifetime sales with PS2.. even if it came before PS3)

No, not at all, just that theres a old post about "its amasing how nothing about NX has leaked yet, NDAs must be very strict" or some such, and he basically replied "yeah".

I assume Neogaf would have banned him if they knew him to be lieing.
