Nope, my PC is ancient.
I plan to upgrade when the new chipsets come out.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
No my pc is not ready, even if i can still play all game in medium/high setting.
Still rocking an AMD FX 8350 and a Radeon 7970GHZ.
It says mine is capable but not ready. Says I need to upgrade my GPU.

Yeah, your CPU is ready. This one actually looks at your GPU, so you can try it. Could fail completely though, or do "Good". |
I thought I was safe on the CPU side, but a confirmation is always nice.
And no, I don't need to run the test to know that my GPU is far, far from VR Ready. It's 7 years old (6 since I got mine), it's 3/4 generations of graphics cards old (5xxx series > 6xxx > 7xxx > R9 2xx/3xx), and only has 1GB of VRAM!
The test will laugh at me if I try to pass it
.
Please excuse my bad English.
Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070
Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB
Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.
Ready as I'll ever be, but I'm not going to be getting a Vive or OR anytime soon, more like in 3-4 years time on a completely different build that is also likely to be sporting better hardware.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
