And I doubt Nintendo will say anything about the sales, unless it reaches over 1mil.

Recent Zelda US 1st weeks, from VGC:

Ocarina of Time 3D: 156k
Skyward Sword: 604k
The Wind Waker HD: 128k
A Link Between Worlds: 262k
Majora's Mask 3D: 353k
Triforce Heroes: 70k

I guess this shows how Twilight Princess is the most popular Zelda game nowadays, if a remaster on a system with a low install-base as WiiU can get to two/thirds of the sales Skyward Sword did on a system with ten times the base, which was an original release to boot. Though I wonder what the amiibo did for it.

TPHD is apparently second only to SS, but obviously I get that OoT3D and WWHD were released earlier into their system's lifetime. TPHD did beat both A Link Between Worlds, an original game no less, and Majora's Mask 3D. Makes me curious for Zelda U's opening.

I guess this is also another nail into the coffin of the pre-order numbers here, because that was like what double? Anyway that's just an indicator anyway.

yeah we know why it's doig bad but it's still dissapointing such a big title couldn't give it one week at the top. 

When was the last time the Wii U was No.1 in the overall software chart? Against the PS4 and XONE?

Did MK8 and Super Smash 1st week achieved it? 

Because I don't get why you are dissapointed. I don't even get why your are hoping it to happen with these circumstances.......... Your expectations are much bigger than a Nintendo fan. 

That says more about everything else than that one title though. I mean, +500% almost with one game that sold 420k lol .

i had no expectations. just checked the charts, seen it was a big release and then proceeded to check the hardware, software estimates. it beat the X1 but it couldn't beat the PS4. I was surprised it couldn't do it tbh. it's not a big deal to me, just an observation.
