After doing a little "digging", it turns out Nero, one of the 2 main protagonists from DMC4, is actually Vergil's son, but don't take MY word for it.

This was also teased in a new cutscene added to DMC4SE, showing us not only a hooded Nero walking by after Vergil's opening, but a hooded woman at the end. Perhaps that's his mother/Vergil's wife?

Which got me thinking: since DMC4 gave us Vergil's son and teased who his mother is in the Special Edition, perhaps DMC5 will feature Dante and Trish's son? 

I could def live with that. Let's face it, a child from these two would be insanely OP, I can only imagine you'd be able to do all kinds of nifty things with him; limited time-bending, the ability to run up buildings/walls while gun-spraying/sword-dashing, the whole nine yards.

Hell, he already teased having a son at the end of DMC1 before Mundus was sucked away. Already I'm getting ideas of what DMC5 could entail: Vergil comes back, giving us a two-way blood battle between the sons of Sparda and their kids. Then Vergil's wife perhaps sacrifices herself to bring back Mundus after fighting Dante/Trish in a separate boss battle, forcing the two kids to form a BvS-esque truce to take down a bigger threat.

I guess that whole thing about "and when you do come back, give my regards to my son, will ya?" would end up having some merit to it after all.

Don't worry. There are a lot of us who feel that this way.

i am sure it will feature her as dlc at least
