SSBB is the best fighting game so far.PERIOD.

I used to like Tekken but now it's uhh different...I like Tekken 3 the best so far..

I was really into Tekken back in the day (from Tag to Tekken 4 right up until Tekken 5), but I don't think I will get back into the series even though the games look really good.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. Thompson

I am not going to get. It looks good but nothing will be better than SSBB.

Yh i pretty hyped for this aswell, although i have to admit from what ive seen from Smash Brothers it will be tough to decide which is best, although Tekken always has some sort of story line so i think it will be better.

If I knew more people who played it I might get back into, but I agree that Smash has pretty much killed the market for other fighting games.

why would you need any other Tekken game after Tekken 3?

It hit arcades in Japan back in November (with only two being imported to NA so far, lol), and Namco said that it should hit the ps3 within a year of it hitting arcades, so it should come out sometime this year.

Tekken 5 hit the ps2 two months after it hit NA arcades, so whenever the arcade version of Tekken 6 makes it over here (if it does at all), the ps3 version should hit soon thereafter.

Nothing can match the sales for Smash, but there is still a market (albeit a small one) for fighters based more skill and timing etc.
