Forums - Gaming - Nintendo are like Arsenal

Were great years ago, Nes, Snes & N64 (Premier league wins). then came Gamecube Wii (Fa Cup wins) & Wii U

What im getting at do they need a new manager, new ideas etc.

Ive owned 4 Nintendo prodcuts Gameboy, had Mario golf, Tetris, Zen (man with a long pole) and i borrowed my mates Yellow Pokemon which was amaing. I had an N64 easily the best multiplayer machine in its day, Mario kart, F zero, Turok 2, Goldeneye (of course) and also some great sinle player games i had Zelda OOT & MM and Mario 64.

Game cube i bought for my girlfreind at time and never played, i also had a wii but like most people i played at my mates and had have one they game i really played to the end was Red Steel.

So are you happy with Nintendo they seem go purely for kid market now is this good or do u want them to change?

Im preatty satisfied actually. My fave games are from the gamecube too Wii era. That is Metroid Prime, Twilight Princess, xenoblade chronicles, Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze

My mate raved about Donkey Kong 64 & Diddy Kong racing never played either i should of tho. But Metroid i always see people post about how good it is why is not one of there main franchise's?

The thing is they don't purely go after the kid market but their marketing for basically everything outside of Mario and splatoon is crap. I've had a ton of fun with xenoblade, monster hunter, fire emblem, bayonetta, ect but I bet you haven't seen a single ad for any of that stuff outside of gaming sites or YouTube

Never before has a vgchartz username been more appropriate.

Nintendo makes just as many video games targeted at adults as they did back in the day, if not more when counting their support for games like Zombie U, Devil's Third and Bayonetta 2.

Additionally, Mario Kart 64, F-Zero X, and Super Mario 64 have all been surpassed at this point. Two of them on their latest console.

I want them to change in some aspects. Like getting third party support (good party support, not shitty ports of games), change their invasive Youtube policies, and not being so hit and mix with DLC, and take example of MK8 or Hyrule Warriors for example. I'm perfectly fine with their software output (except some lazy cash grabbers like Mario Tennis or AC: Amiibo Festival), but they release high quality software to compensate some turds.

Your right there in the uk all the ads are for 3ds Animal crossing.

Here's the thing im not dooming nintendo i really want them to be fighting sony for number 1. I loved my N64 and PS1 back in the day u really needed both or u were missing out. I want that back
