Am I the only one excited for this? Not only did they decide to continue updating Splatoon, but in a game changing way to boot! New weapon sets (as in a third loadout per main weapon) and preexisting ones getting changed around will definitely keep things fresh! They already revealed three new sets, being the Wasabi Splattershot with Splat Bombs and Inkstrike, the Fresh Squiffer with Suction Bombs and Kraken, and the Berry Splattershot Pro with Suction Bombs and Suction Bomb Rush. I've already decided to make the Berry Pro one of my mains hehe!

So what more weapon combos and changes do yal wanna see? Below I've listed mine, some of which are wishlist while others I'm expecting to happen.

CHANGES:

Slosher - Inkstrike replaced with Echolocater/Killer Wail. This weapon ain't used too much so why not buff a lil. Okay fine, this is just wishful thinking, I simply don't like having the Inkstrike on one of my favorite weapons.

E-Liter 3k - Burst Bombs replaced with Ink Mine. I'm not even gonna try to deny that burst bombs on this thing was just stupid lol.

Inkbrush Noveau - Ink Mine replaced with Burst Bombs. No way they wont buff the brushes. The regular is a lost cause, so it'd be easier to just give this version a strong sub weapon.

.52 Gal + Deco - Swap their specials so the regular has Splash Wall/Inkstrike while the Deco has Seeker/Killer Wail. This is to nerf the wall spam version of course. Could take away the wall altogether, but with the .52's short range and lesser accuracy/firerate it could really use it.

.96 Gal Deco - Splash Wall replaced with Seeker. Same reasons as above.

Rapid Blaster Pro - Seekers replaced with Burst Bombs. Now this is clearly wishful thinking, but I do think atleast one Blaster should have Burst Bombs, so wynaut on one of the worst ones.

NEW SETS:

L-3 Nozzlenose w/ Splash Walls + Bubbler - Blatantly wishful thinking, especially when both existing Nozzlenose sets are already very good, but I don't care, I love my Dolphinose! 

Splat Charger w/ Burst Bombs + Ink Strike - I do still want Burst Bombs on a Charger! This should be more balanced than the E-Liter, with the main weapon having less range and also a worse special, but yeah I know this ain't happening lol.

Dual Squelcher w/ Disruptor + Bubbler - Okay here's my first setup that is actually possible hehe. The Dual Squelcher is probably the most underused rapid fire shooter, which is funny since it's not even bad. With the Berry Pro and it's suction bomb rush challenging it's niche as the best ink spreader in it's range tier, it needs a new thing.

Hydra Splatling w/ Burst Bombs + Burst Bomb Rush - It's the only weapon type without this awesome sub, and it would really help make up for that uber slow charge speed.

Splat Roller w/ Splash Wall + Bubbler - The only way this set could possibly be balanced is on a low range weapon. The idea is to play a support role by giving your team Walls and Bubbles. Might be too gimicky though.

Hmm, I would not want to see those changes for the E-liter or .96 Deco..

E-liter is all about range so with burst bombs, it allows for dealing with people that come up close. Granted, you won't always get a kill, but doing direct attacks with the bombs are good finishers

.96 Deco also excels in range and damage, giving it seekers is a bit redundant in my opinion. Even with the splash wall being nerfed, it's still a great combo

Edit: I realized you wanted these to change as ways of nerfing them so nevermind above portion :p

As for what I would like to see, I would like more sets to get the bubblers because all weapons I use don't have bubblers

Ranged Blaster w/ Splat Bombs + Bubbler. It has the kraken, but I feel the bubbler would be better

Lunar Blaster w/ Disruptor + Bubbler. Would be a really good combination

Charger w/ Burst Bombs + Echolocater. I already really like the Kelp set (Sprinkler + Killer Wail) but having another set would be great

NZap w/ Suction Bombs + Inkzooka. Again, I like both Nzap sets, but having another set would be great (Basically Octoshot and variant, so may be redundant :p )

Roller w/ Splat/Burst Bombs + Kraken/Bubbler. The beacon is more useless than not so I would rather have something that can aid during battle

Yeah it's a great way to nerf weapons without affecting others in the process. Also I want more bubbles for a similar reason, the only one I really use is the Tri Slosher. No way Burst Bombs should be allowed on a Charger besides the Bamboozler though (even tho I listed one lel), but otherwise I'd be down with your picks. And hey, Beacon is far from useless! You should see my troll plays with the Custom Dual Squelcher on Camp Triggerfish! ;D

Beacons are good for sure, but since I mainly play Turf Wars, even if I set up many beacons, nobody else uses them so they are worthless :p
