Me too.When I said have the money people. I meant that it would be nothing to you to spend it on that.
You guys are crazy, I'd by anything if I had the money, even if I wouldn't use it.
starcraft - Playing Games = FUN, Talking about Games = SERIOUS
Look at the horrendous glare on that thing. you can see the guy taking the picture in the reflection...do you want to watch yourself when gaming? ugh. Sony makes some pretty TV's with similar design, but they are anti-reflective. Dell got the cool design part, but forgot about the functionality part...
That said they will sell pretty well, particularly to corporate DELL shops. Something shiny to keep the big boys happy!
Trying to convince me the Wii is a real adult game machine 'if you play it right' is like trying to convince me Tofu tastes great 'if you just cook it right'
I'm still holding out on an OLED monitor :) But not bad I suppose ^^ What IS the going cost o.O?
From 0 to KICKASS in .stupid seconds.

Not big on the glass with the wires run through it. The glare looks awful on the thing as well. I guess I am just too used to the superior design of Macs.

I'd never buy anything made by Dell, and that monitor has some really underwhelming specs for such a steep price imo.
I'll stick to Samsung for the time being!
@Starcraft: Lol, wouldn't we all?
No. They only list the contrast ratio as dynamic, it's only 1680x1050, and those speakers are likely useless compared to real ones *pats onix xls speakers next me*.
I wouldn't go as far as to say that I wouldn't buy anything dell though. Before I switched to my 42" 1920x1080 display, I used a 24" 1920x1200 Dell monitor. It was excellent for the price I paid. If this crystal monitor was a whole lot cheaper it would be fine...but if I was looking to spend that kind of money on a computer monitor I'd choose the 30 incher over that one any day of the week.
