It has to be Agent. I doubt it's Red Dead Redemption 2 since its story is already finished. There is no need to extend it even more. And it's still too early for GTA 6.

Maybe they'll just release Red Dead Redemption for PS4 and Xbox One, just to tease us all.

Please be red dead 2!

Other possibilities are borderlands 3 and bully 2.

Ideally it will be red dead 2 + gta V single player dlc and more online heists.
