This is gonna be absolute murder, especially with HBM. I may fall for the temptation of upgrading my GPU sooner than I should...

lol, THat's my initial idea considering I bought my 980 last Sept but even then I still want more power and step closer to 2-k gaming.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

AMD needs a miracle for me to jump from Team Green....As in more efficiency, more partnerships and a commitment to launch day drivers.

I'd be very, very surprised if NX's GPU is based on Polaris. The best I can see right now for NX is a Tonga (R9 285 and R9 380/380X) based chip.

So this is the 999$ - 1499$ version of their cards?

Is going from 1080p to 4k really that big a differnces? is it worth that price tag?

More than anything Im mostly excited to see how big a effect this has:

FinFETs & 16nm node (from 2D transistors at 28nm).... its a big jump.

Im curious to see how big the effect will be.

Like will the new 75watt cards be more powerfull than the current 185watt ones?
