"Back off, man. I'm a scientist."

Your theories are the worst kind of popular tripe, your methods are sloppy, and your conclusions are highly questionable! You are a poor scientist. Especially if you think the moon landing was faked.

I wish Nintendo would have made another great console like the GameCube and just had it flop instead of making the Wii. Now they've become piece of shit Sony use to be. Seeing Nintendo do well in the console market is not worth having them reduced to... this.

"reduced to... this" --> the fastest selling video game console ever, that incorporates an entirely new and different control scheme from that seen on any other console?

Nintendo's success really hasn't affected as much as I have thought it would, at least so far. Their third party support is still pretty bad, so they haven't really crippled the PS3's game slate as much as I would have expected. I can't say we hear of many third party exclusives going to the PS3 lately though, nor even the 360. But I can't say I want very many of the exclusives being announced for the Wii, besides the Nintendo ones.

We had two bags of grass, seventy-five pellets of mescaline, five sheets of high-powered blotter acid, a salt shaker half full of cocaine, a whole galaxy of multi-colored uppers, downers, screamers, laughers…Also a quart of tequila, a quart of rum, a case of beer, a pint of raw ether and two dozen amyls.  The only thing that really worried me was the ether.  There is nothing in the world more helpless and irresponsible and depraved than a man in the depths of an ether binge. –Raoul Duke

It is hard to shed anything but crocodile tears over White House speechwriter Patrick Buchanan's tragic analysis of the Nixon debacle. "It's like Sisyphus," he said. "We rolled the rock all the way up the mountain...and it rolled right back down on us...."  Neither Sisyphus nor the commander of the Light Brigade nor Pat Buchanan had the time or any real inclination to question what they were doing...a martyr, to the bitter end, to a "flawed" cause and a narrow, atavistic concept of conservative politics that has done more damage to itself and the country in less than six years than its liberal enemies could have done in two or three decades. -Hunter S. I care about quality, innovation and gameplay, not sales and gimmicks. Innovation is very rare, and not always the best direction to takes certain games, so I can excuse that. After all, innovation only happens a few time each generation. Quality and gameplay, however, are the two most important things to me in gaming. In my opinion, that's the Wii's weakest area.

I care about quality too, and your messages are seriously lacking in that department...

I won't even talk about the gameplay and the quality of my favorite Wii titles, cos' you wouldn't understand, you're such an innovative gamer with incredible tastes that nothing could please you, except posting delirious and hateful comments born in a psychotic and schizophrenic mind...

Personnaly, i'd rather quit reading these forums, and play great innovative Wii titles, cos' any second with my Wii is worth a thousand times the read of any of your messages... it's really great to be "reduced to this"...

For my own curiousity what games on the the 360, PS3 and Wii do you consider to be of high quality and good gameplay?

I'm not happy to see any gaming company flop. During the transition between generations, I let go of brand loyalty and take a wait and see approach. To illustrate, I owned a PS2 and Xbox last generation, but now I have a Wii and DS because I find Nintendo's radical approach very appealling. For me, the HD consoles feel like more of the same.

All consoles have great games on them. You're asking for high quality AAA games, right? Here's what I think:

Wii:
Smash Brothers
Resident Evil 4
Zelda Wii

There are some other great games for the Wii, but nothing that can match those games. You could put Galaxy in there, but I don't consider to be the Wii's best.

Playstation 3:
Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Call of Duty 4

Playstation 3 is still lacking, as most of it's heavy hitters aren't out yet.

360:
Call of Duty 4

The 360 doesn't have a ton of AAA games, despite the fact that it's been out a long time. You could throw some other games on there like Orange Box and Bioshock, but I don't think they're the type of games that define the 360.

The DS and PSP have the best game out right now. None of the consoles actually have a ton high quality games. I'm still waiting.
