I really don't think Street Fighter V is a hardware seller and its more about selling to the already established userbase along with both Xbox having Killer instinct and Nintendo platforms with Super Smash Bros  which are both great games I don't see poeple buying another console for another fighting game.

I think we'll see a small spike in sales but nothing substantial.

It's been fluctuating but it hasn't been in the top 10 for a while.

It's just the games that push them up and down. Both consoles will be selling a steady amount at the moment.

Yes, For poeple who use a Wii U or Xbox as their main/only console SFV isn't going to make them go out and buy a PS4 and I think that the userbase that will buy SFV already own a PS4.
