I think warhawk need more gore.

Personally I don't care if there's gore or not as long as the gameplay is captivating me. I don't know why manhunt 1 didn't click for me but manhunt 2 was the one I liked.

I have yet to play a game and say "Wow, that blood spray was awesome," or "This game would suck without blood."

I don't think blood is necessary to a game at all. It's either there or it's not; either way I don't really care.

Have you not seen the trailers for Killzone2, now that bloodspray is awesome. Go play Gears or UT3 with no blood, they would suck.

Ick, those pictures are kinda gruesome.  Definitely, not my thing.

Fond memories of SOF2

I don't mind blood and gore, it just depends on the game.

I like games to be made how the artist wants it to be made, whether that's with a ton of gore or none.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

If it is realistic, it can definitely add something. Depends on the game though: imagine Wind Waker with blood. Or, for that matter, Resident Evil without. Not really what you'd want, is it?

I drink your milkshake.
