I don't think I've ever experienced these symptoms. When I'm tired, the only thing my eyes do is closing themselves.

My biggest gaming session to date was 48 hours playing videogames. That includes breaks to eat something (while still holding the controller and playing) or going to the bathroom (on which we pass the controller to another buddy in the meanwhile). After that, I went straight to bed and slept for what felt like an eternity.

My average screen time for the last month has been 12 hours a day or so. 4 of those hours usually crossing over from the previous day into the next. That's what happens when you're on break and legitimately have nothing else going.

I don't ever experience those symptoms of yours, but during a week or two within the last month my left eye was hurting quite a bit. I had to visit the doctor, too. The problem was that I wasn't using my glasses enough. So far my left eye hasn't hurt since.

bet: lost

That happened a lot when I was a wee lad, especially playing Majora's Mask (the game also made me cry for other reasons tho). :P

As I grew up, these things started to happen less frequently. Now it simply doesn't happen anymore. As for my longest gaming session, it was probably when Twilight Princess came out and I started playing it with my cousin. We spent like 12h in a row. Something similar happened when Resident Evil 4 came out.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

i can manage +16 hours, but then i really need some shut eye,
altho thats more of exhaustion then having troubles with me eyes

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I'm on the computer for most of the day and then there's gaming on top of that. I'm experiencing some serious fatigue and looking into getting some prescription computer glasses. I've tried the ones that filter light differently, but I think it's a matter of focusing on something so close to me all the time.

I don't know about my normal amount of screen time, but my longest play session was probably around ~15 hours if I had to guess (I didn't look at the clock when I started so it's a rough guess).

Can't wait for The Zelder Scrolls 3: Breath of The Wild Hunt!

When I'm not sleeping, I'm usually on my laptop or playing games, so I get a lot of screen time per day. Eyes are fine, though. Never had any problems.

I don't tend to do really long play sessions with games, though. I like to break it up. I'd guess my longest was, at max, 6 hours.

Never really play for so long that I start messing up my eyes since the longest I've played in one session is only 5 hours. Most of the time, I get bored after playing for that long

I'm usually able to spare several hours on games without having physical side effects. Most of the time, my mind is the object of implosion. For example, I'd spend fifteen, sixteen hours a day playing Bravely Default when I first played it back in 2014 (at Christmas). The definition of a mental deep-frying experience. I lose all focus and my mind turns into a self-destructive bomb for hours. I only recover after getting some good sleep.

I play games, and usually have a 5-10+ minute break. I don't like playing games for too long.

I'll usually sit with family members when I'm not playing games, or I'll be in the gym.
