Buy Brawl. Convert your non-videogame playing friends... DO IT NOW!!!

The "Masterpieces" are Demos and are timed as follows (I've unlocked them all) however, I don't know if they are within timing before save data is erased, or if they are overall play time before the game gets erased (As I've Never used them) Probably the latter. Maybe you could just back up your Save on your SD Card and play them again?

Donkey Kong - 30 minutes

Ice Climbers - 40 Minutes

Super Mario Bros. - 1 Hour

The Legend Of Zelda - 2 Hours

Kid Icarus - 1.5 hours

F-Zero - 40 Minutes

Super Mario World - 2 Hours

Super Mario Bros. 2 - 1.5 Hours

Kirby's Adventure - 2 Hours

Super Metroid - 3 Hours

Star Fox 64 - 3 Hours

The Legend Of Zelda, Ocarina Of Time - 5 Hours

TOTAL PLAY TIME AMOUNT

22 Hours and 50 Minutes

Oh yeah, and Yes, I do actually have the game, and I play online, but I play just about as much with my friends or family, and it's still fun. Also, If 3 Level 9 CPU's on a team get too easy (like they did for me) use handicaps : - )!!!

Do you have some special version of Brawl? My Masterpieces last no longer than a few minutes each with some being under a minute.

OH, Those are MINUTES:SECONDS??? I THOUGHT THEY WERE HOURS:MINUTES. GEEZ, I'm gonna have to edit my post. POSTS EDITED.

Yes, you should. You can always play your friends when they come over.. and it doesn't matter if they're not into gaming... they'll want to play anyway the same as people do with Wii Sports. The Subspace Emissiary is better than most stand-alone Wii games (although a lot of people seem to disagree with me there) Its definitely worth it.

the demos are not that great, some are as short as 30 seconds(F-zero snes)

I have put about 25 hours of solo time into it. And the computers are actually fun to play against, they are XXXXX better than they were in Melee. A level 6 CPU is like a level 9 in Melee.

End of 2009 Predictions (Set, January 1st 2009)

Wii- 72 million   3rd Year Peak, better slate of releases

360- 37 million   Should trend down slightly after 3rd year peak

PS3- 29 million  Sales should pick up next year, 3rd year peak and price cut

Well, I have doubted buying it all along. Last night I finally played. It was awesome. Granted I played 4 player matches at my friends houses and I couldn't see playing the game solo. It just seems boring that way.

Pit FTW!!!!

My friend said the solo missions were ok, but not very long. I think you would required online play or at least people to play in house to really enjoy it.

demos r really short.

comps r much better.

the rest of the single player stuff is decent, but nothing even great about it.

online multiplayer is not great, its laggy. on the other hand, brawl is so fun that its alright. the lag online is weird. instead of everyone being desynchronized, everyone is just less responsive. it makes the game harder to play but still fair.

local multiplayer is still the best. 1v1 is not close to as good as melee, but 4 player free for all is definitely more fun.

my pillars of gaming: kh, naughty dog, insomniac, ssb, gow, ff

i officially boycott boycotts.  crap.

The demos should not be a reason to buy the game.

They're just cool extras, and they do give you an idea of what the games are like, so if you want, you could buy them on the Virtual Console.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )
