I originally made a similar thread about Tearaway Unfolded before its launch. I had high hopes of it outselling the original (and most people on the thread too), but unfortunately the game turned out to be a bomb as it sold only 180k so far.
Given that Gravity rush is a remaster of a Vita game and had similar sales to Tearaway, I'm starting to worry about its future. However, I see more sales potential for it on PS4 than Tearaway; I think the game is more visually appealing to the young adult demographic of the PS4, therefore it could enjoy better sales. Plus, it's releasing on a historically weak month/time while Unfolded released near the crowd of big games.
By the way, I believe it should do at least 500k to meet expectations, but that's pure guess.
What do you think guys? Will it thrive or will it bomb?
Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won
