I am feeling it playing Yakuza 5 and Dragon Quest Heroes. It is a shame those games are not mainstream.

The feels, oh yes. I get them. | |||

Oh yeah i get it with Xenoblade X all the time. Everytime i gaze at a wonderful vista.
A different example and more modest is Bound by flame. Loved it. Was just sad there wasnt more of it.
Xenoblade Chronicles X is the latest, and first since Super Mario Galaxy 2.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
Ghost Trick. I just happened to stumble upon it with mild interest.
Then I played it.
And didn't stop.
Such a gem. I replayed it just last week and it still gave me a warm fuzzy feeling as I did, remaining one of my favorite games of all time. I haven't felt that strongly about a game since, honestly.
I highly enjoy most of the games I play but I think Bioshock: Infinite deserves a special mention. I finished it 3 times + dlc, it was simply perfect for me, visuals, audio, story, gameplay everything. I loved it! What an excellent fucking game! It is incredible.
It used to happen a lot more when I was younger but, nowadays I need a lot more to impress me.
It happened this summer while playing Guild Wars 2 for the first time I just had that child like wonder and sense of adventure it was great I was truly into it.
Before that I would say 3D World had that affect as did Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate

On Wii or 3ds? I recently stuck in LoZ TP when home for the xmas and it seemed like PS1 graphics to me, Literally could make fuck all out. I also fired up Wind Waker, a much older game and it really looked great. What kind of artstyle would you say XBC has, is it TP or more WW ish? |
He is talking about Xenoblade X for Wii U, but if we are talking about the original Xenoblade, definitely more Twilight Princess. It was good for the Wii (though not even the best looking Wii title), but still definitely SD instead of HD. 3DS version is also a downgrade visually. If you were picking up the original, and had to choose between the 3DS version or the Wii, go with the Wii.
Final Fantasy 4
Final Fantasy 6
Final Fantasy 7
Final Fantasy 12
Xenogears
Morrowind
Gothic 1 and 2
Risen

Yeah i meant the Wii U one. Though in its day Xenoblade chronicles still managed to impress me.
I recall this one time where theres a rope bridge between jungle areas and i was going through it thinking: This has got to be an invisible wall. Theres no way there anything down there. Then i jumped... and hold and behold. There was stuff down there to explore aswell. It was a eye opening moment.
