Oh, in that case, I guess it's up to Sega if they want to publish it this time then, haha...

I don't feel like being rate M matters at all. I've never chosen a game based on its' ratings ever. I've never once even looked at what my games are rated or thought to look at that. The amount of gamers who make a choice based on game rating has to be so small that any money invested in it would be a complete waste. |
That wasn't the point I was trying to make. Nintendo is really the only company out there that doesn't have a M game. That's all I'm saying. They called the system Wii U. Suposely Catering to everyone. I'd say the same thing to the AO rating too. If everyone didn't go ape shit, and jump on it as only being for porn games.

I see so your point is they should make it just to have an M rating game. That seems silly and like a poor buisness move. They should focus their resources on making good games that their consumer base is interested in playing. Now if Nintendo wanted to start a new IP that was M rated that could be something that appeases everyone and I honestly think a move like that would get them a lot of headlines.
If they use their brains 100% will fund it
If they follow their track record of the past 0% chance.

I explained why it's not a poor decsion. You need to give the series another chance. The Wii U is fucked. So the sales are affected by that. Now, if they made 3 and it sold bad on NX. Assuming NX ISN'T a failure. Then they can give up on the series. And yet Nintendo, after all these decades never starts a M game. I'm not hedging my bets on that.
