No reason not to it's Red and Green. I wouldn't add Leaf Green to Pokemon Blue though, lol.

At least be logically consistent in your illogical behavior. Leaf Green is the remake of Blue. It's just that, unlike in the '90s, this time around Nintendo kept the color green worldwide and didn't change it to blue for the West.

Still, no reason not to include them. If someone asked what did red green blue and yellow sell, if you don't include the remakes then you really aren't giving the real totals.
