Forums - Nintendo - StarFox Zero possibly delayed to July 2016?

Except making Nintendo look more irrelevant in the console space.

You honestly believe Starfox could have made any sort of impact, especially in the shape it was at E3, when Mario Kart, Smash, etc. did practically nothing? As I said, the Wii U is dead. There's no sense beating a dead horse, so you really shouldn't expect them to.

Wii U is not dead. Get your facts right!

"Casuals" will have these games to look forward to ;)

What do you mean with casuals?

Toys-to-life games, Mario & Sonic, Mario & Friends, Lost Reavers, Pokken, Mighty No. 9, and Star Fox I would consider light-weight games, and maybe SMTxFE from what I seen of it.

EDIT: I wrote "casuals" cause I knew there would be comments that the games listed  was not "real" games and could not be counted!

They are right. I obviously don't mean literally dead as in selling 0 copies, it's just a short and easy way of saying the Wii U's already extremely low sales and popularity are only going to decline further, nothing can change that at this point.

If this is true, they can't release in time even a low budget game.

I say, release game when you think it's ready.

You right, fuck the customers.

Personally I would preferred more polished game than game that isn't complete like they want even that means several delays.

I say, announce a release date when you think it is going to be ready by that date.

This goes for The Big 3.

Also, dont announce a game that is coming 2, 3 years from now. It is fucking stupid.

I would love that all developers do what Bethesda did last year with Fallout 4.

Announce and Release the game the same year!!!

Delay is very normal staff in gaming. I agree that announce game 2-3 years before will arrive is bad thing, but Fallout 4 is very bad example because game is anything but polished, they better released in Q2 this year and polished it.

Customers? Why would they want that? Nintendo doesn't need money. They live from the praise of the delays because delays means a better game...

If Nintendo had more games on their systems (either 3rd parties or 1st parties), would people complain less about the big projects constantly getting delayed?

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Have you played the game or did you read on the webz that the game was buggy?

Because i own the game, i finished the game, and i never encountered a bug in my entire campaign.

Fallout 4 is the most polished Bethesda game out there.

I dont.

I do believe that such a thin showing will ultimately hurt how Nintendo is percieved going forward.

Well Starfox has nothing to do with that, not like the game was cancelled. Hell the delays are the reason why the Wii U even has games this year.
