Nintendo games are cheaper this gen. I think the most expensive game I've buyed was MK which costs me 50 €. But I bought Bayo1 and 2 for 45, Captain Toad for 35€...

My girlfriend grabbed GameStop's very last copy of Bayo2 for me for Christmas so I'll pass on this one. (She got it, sealed, for $35 or something, I'm still amazed.) But this confirms the Nintendo push for Bayo is real. Perhaps they're preparing for the Smash bump, but I personally believe they've been preparing for that since Bayo2 released. Bayo3 here we come.

To be fair you guys get hardware cheaper than we do since I'm trying to order a new monitor today and with my 20% VAT charge I'm paying an extra £50 for nothing lol (seriously fuck David though)

This is actually a very good move. I'm happy to see Nintendo finally trying something to promote this game. Hopefully it reaches 1m.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

I wonder if they're doing this because of the Smash DLC or if Nintendo are trying to build up a userbase/demand because they plan to moneyhat a new Bayonetta game for the NX. At this point, with all the attention they've given to the IP, they might as well try to buy the rights from Sega.
