Deep Silver’s Homefront: The Revolution has been making progress in the past year – in fact, it’s ready to release this Summer. A new trailer welcoming players to Philadelphia has been released and informs us that Homefront: The Revolution will be out on May 17th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Homefront: The Revolution takes place in 2029 where the KPA has taken over the United States. You’ll be a part of the resistance that works to overthrow the KPA using a number of guerilla tactics like RC car explosives. The developer has also promised a strong amount of non-linearity to the gameplay so you’ll be rebelling in your own ways and exploring the city when you’re not going up against the KPA.

Homefront: The Revolution is out on May 17th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you register here, you and three other friends can embark on co-op missions in a closed beta for the Xbox One this February.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Around the Network

I actually liked the first one.. It had potential.. Hopefully this one will fulfill it with a more open gameplay were you can choose how to achieve your objectives like the resistance fighter you are supposed to be..

Face the future.. Gamecenter ID: nikkom_nl (oh no he didn't!!)

The first one was alright. It just seemed like a very run of the mill shooter. Can't say I care much about a new one.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
