I have not once sold a game I purchased, I think it's ridiculous.

 really.

I buy games used off Ebay, save about $10 per game. (Every 5th game is free basically)

I resell that game later, anywhere from $5 - $10 less than I paid.

In the end I have way more games than most people and spend a fraction of the money I would have by either buying and keeping or renting from blockbuster/hollywood.

Financially speaking I say your method is ridiculous.

I never jump into generations as they begin so all my games are cheap, and I buy used, old games so even cheaper still thank you very much.

And I have not once bought a game that I've not wanted to replay.  My collection of games are all loved and can be replayed any time, and I can pass them on to family when I'm truly done.  So sue me.

i agree with serious

also superchunk, why bring up money anyways, it seems like its more like a financial issue for you instead of actually want to get rid of games

I keep them all. If I don't want them, I give them away.

I'd say "Buy new, not used" but I just picked up Suikoden V for 40 bucks used, thus giving EB Games about 30 bucks worth of profit, so that shuts me up.

That's exactly what it is. Money. If I was rich and didn't care about money, I wouldn't sell any games. But, since I am an average person who has a family to take care of, I am thrifty.

I have kept RE4 and SMG. I only sold Excite Truck because I knew I would be getting Mario Kart and Excite Truck 2 is supposed to be in the works.

All my other games took a lot longer to beat and I just don't have time to venture through them again, so, sell them off so I can continuously buy the latest and greatest with very little money out of my pocket, if any.

I don't get rid of any of my games, but then again, I don't buy a huge amount either. Most of my collection came cheap and used.

Word.  When I do get the occasionally really bad game I want to get rid of, I give them away instead of trade them in.  That way I know they'll get to peope who'll appreciate them.

Like FF7 and Diddy Kong racing.  I hated both, but i knew people who'd like em.

I used to drop in and sell a few of my old games, but I always regretted it after, because sooner or later I'd feel like going back and playing it again, but I didn't have it ; ; anyway, I haven't sold one of my games in like 7 years. maybe 6
