I was once in a Wal-Mart commercial. :) That was back in 1997 though.

Do tell. Inquiring minds want to know.

It was actually a speaking role and I was chosen for it due to the fact that I wanted to and was selected for it by the upper management, and being a wal mart employee, they like to use them for commercials and not paid actors.  Funny thing is that I'm a natural actor and was great on camera.  However, I didn't get paid anything extra for it other then the on-clock time while it was being shot.   Plus, I was pretty damn good looking at 21 years old. ;)

My pokemon brings all the nerds to the yard. And they're like, "You wanna trade cards?" Damn right, I wanna trade cards. I'll trade this, but not my charizard.

And then I was interviewed by my local tv station when I was in 3rd grade for being in the DARE program it's first year.

I ran in the 2006 Canadian federal election as the New Democratic Party candidate in the riding of Dufferin-Caledon.

I came in third place with 5983 votes which was 12.13% of the vote. It might not sound like much, but it was a 57% vote increase over the NDP's showing in the prior election, in which they were also fourth place behind the Greens, so I was felt pretty good about the gains.

Yup. That's the most famous thing I ever have, and ever will do...

I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

They didn't pay you for it!?

Didn't someone just start a thread a while ago on why people don't like Walmart? Because from now on jjseth's unpaid acting time is my stated reason for Walmart hatred.

don't say "ever". U never know - u may be as famous as the Beatles were someday......u never know....

I was a National Shot Put thrower in the US during college...

I competed against some major athletes...Florida State University, Ohio State University, Michigan, Michigan State, Illinois, etc. Even a few Olympic throwers.

I didn't do well at Nationals (almost didn't compete cuz I was barfing my guts out the night before with the stomach flu), but I still qualified--so I'm proud of that.

Now I'm stuck coaching a bunch of ungrateful, lazy ass, fat high schoolers.

Lol, I was also the Indiana State Champion in Entomology (the study of bugs) two years straight.

But in reality, I'd say playing Xylophonia in front of a live audience a couple of times. I think I memorized that song. There are many other's involving music, but that one just sticks to my mind.

This will only take a moment of your time. *steals your watch*

not song. D'oh!

Oh I hate them with a passion and haven't bought anything from them since 1998 when I quit there.   bad labor practices, and basically I was paid $6.35 a hour for doing that which they ended up deciding to use our store for the filming.
