Anyone playing pen and paper RPGs ?

I'm going to start a campaign as a GM with some friends, and I've decided to go for Shadowrun because I wanted to change from the usual D&D/Warhammer heroic fantasy settings for a Science fiction / cyberpunk settings.

Any advice for a total noob GM ?
