I agree with the Exp Share in the latest Pokemon games, whilst it makes everything quicker/easier, I like training each Pokemon individually so it kind of took the fun away for me.

Zero is the Megaman X series has had a move called Kuuenbu since X4 that is like double spin slash and maaan is it useful on on everything.
Megaman X8 gives X's charge shot a boost. I dont even think I know the full weakness chain because of it.
Fallout 4 the Ninja perk, alongside critical hit perk, once you have a fully upgraded the Gauss rifle. With that combo you can pretty much stealth kill anything

I just got the BOMBENSCHUSS gun in Wolfenstein The Old Blood. Holy shit. It's a one-shot kill 80% of the time. And it has a pretty abundant ammo. Just started using it, but at this early point, it could reasonably be classified as overpowered.

I remember playing Resident Evil 4 and thinking how powerful the knife attack was. I had Soooooo much ammo on me at the end of that game it was crazy. The knife used to be the weapon you feared you had to use in resident evils before this one, it was the weapon you thought to yourself "well I'm fucking doomed now all I have is this"
