I dont think so.

Bloodborne, witcher 3, halo 5, mgs5, Star Wars, fallout 4, splatoon, all help make 2015 much better than 2014.

Can't remember too many high profile games in 2014. Mario kart 8, smash wiiu/3ds, infamous, driveclub, forza, destiny, horizon 2, sunset overdrive, plus lots of remasters like last of us, halo mcc, sleeping dogs, wind waker HD.

Some good games last year but this year had much better quality.

Although I'd take 98, 99, 2000 and 2001 any day over what have now. 

2015 has both The Witcher and Fallout 3. Much better than 2014, imo.

2014 was the bomb. This year was okay.

Not for me. I can see it for nintendo fans.

How I see it at the moment I would say 2015 >2016 (based of current know releases and without delays) >2014. I generally though 2014 was one of the weaker years for gaming in recent memory. My PS4 spent 10 months without me even turning it on.

Sunset Overdrive alone can't carry the entire 2014 unfortunately.
