I notice the massive amount of short supply of games at these stores and Wii U Hardware was not to be found. Splatoon,Smash, Xenoblade, Mario Maker Sold out; Toad, Donkey Kong, Kirby, and Mario Tennis with only a few left. Mario Kart was the only one still had a healthy amount.
So with that said looks like Nintendo, at least in US, is starting to pick up momentum and I'm glad to see it. My fellow Nintendo supporters are you seeing the same thing in your area? |
I'm definitley seeing a lot of it here ( Saskatoon,Saskatchewan) . I think the Nintendo has done very well in my city and surrounding area in 2015. I remember when Splatoon came out I went the next morning to go pick one up at Wal mart and they had none out there, I assumed they just didn't put them out so I asked an employee and he told me they got 35 in and they were all gone before the store closed. He laughed and told me he thought they would still have 30 copies two months after they first got them. It took me eight stores trying local shops and chain stores till I finally found a copy a couple days later.
This Christmas a lot of the really big titles are sold out at stores ( lots of infity 3.0 and lego dimensions though).Today definitly no Mario Maker at any store i went to and some were sold out of Xenoblade,Splatoon and Smash.
