I dont get bad guy when I look at the picture though. However this picture has me thinking spy's and it also has a 70-80's feel to it.

Maybe the new game isnt set in the future with scifi type tech around, but in our time or a few years back.

Maybe it is her expression that gave me that vibe, though to me, she seems to fit into the "seductive woman who trie to woo the hero to destroy him" villain archetype :P her dress, the gloves, her expression, it just gave me that vibe.
