Forums - Gaming Discussion - Hate to be that guy again, but - Why is the Wii U version of Minecraft getting 70's from reviewers, but the other system versions are mid 80's to 90s?

No trophies, trophies make games more fun :P

It costs more, which should play a factor.

It seems like M$ doesn't want the Wii U version to sell at all. Not only that they're forcing the DLC onto people, thus charging 30$, there's no gamepad support, and just today, M$ announces that all versions, except the Wii U is getting a huge update.

M$ is extremely paranoid of the Wii U.

That update was a long time in the works.  MC gets always updated so will the Wii U version, talking about features it is not that far behind from the start like 1.6.4 features?

That still doesn't excuse the no gamepad support and the timing of the annoucement for the update was pretty damn ironic.

Let's say the wiiu version didn't come with the "free" dlc, that makes it $10 more, do those "free" dlc equal $10 if bought seperately?

The gamepad I am mixed about because it is mostly a game enjoyed in multiplayer It simply would not work with one playing on the gamepad and the other on the tv.  The console update is the 31 th update of the game or the 12th update this year we know the game would get updated so I don't see why it is that ironic?
