Konami killing Castlevania for me was biggest lost in gaming. Symphony of the Night and the GBA/DS games were amazing. Then they took series in different direction and made some poor efforts and now the series is dead.

Do you pretty much agree? There could easily be a top ten, but these pulled at my heart strings. |
Wow all your gaming tragedies are Nintendo related???
Can think of plenty of better examples from the last few years, let alone decade than Devil's Third.
Not really sure why Wii not passing PS1 is a tragedy though? I think outselling it would have been a bigger one tbh...

Pfahahaha. Good one.
Hunting Season is done...
Nah, the game's release was a tragedy, but people will forget about it within a month.
"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."
Why are all of your 'gaming tragedies' nintendo related?
Anyway I still think Star Wars Battlefront 3 not being released (and later on Battlefront 4) is one of them.

For starters, Rare did no leave Nintendo in this decade. DS did not compete with home consoles, so passing PS2 is completely pointless and irrelevant. The original Gameboy blew away the NES in sales, but no one ever talks about it or acknowledges it because it's irrelevant. Two different markets. And third, no, no one is going to care about Devil's Third. Whatever the game is, or was, will be forgotten and buried.
| spurgeonryan said: Hmm....what is actually interesting is you came in here just to cause some sort of argument. I never said anything like that. I seen nothing in the game so far that warranted the scores that it got. I have had not glitches, freezing or framerate issues. What I have had is a lot of fun, just like thousands of other people. I know most do not go by miiverse, but you can also go by what many here have said, and even check other sites. They jumped on the fact that it had release issues and never looked back. That is what I call a lie. Giving a game that is between a 6 and 8 out of 10 anything less than that is just to get hits. The 2 and 3 pointers were even worse. It was not that they did not like it and just gave it a bad score. They lied about the reasons and made them up. Many other games are way worse than Devlis third, but get passes. Skyrim for instance. Just say you did not have fun, do not try to make the game look like a broken mess like Sonic Boom. Now that was a broken game. Yet still recieved better scores than Devils third as far as I can tell. Or a least tied it. That game was a 1 out of 10. Sadly it was fun as well, but the glitches were really bad in it.

You're lying when you say Skyrim is a worse game than Devil's Third.

Well, I think he's right when he says Skyrim is a broken mess. Or maybe I was just very unlucky, but I found 3 game-breaking glitches in 2 hours lol. Devil's third performance is a mess too, that's a given.

I'm just calling him out on his bullshit and giving him a little of it back. Labeling people liars because they don't like a game you like is an immature response. That's especially true when the main reason you like it is because it's an exclusive.
