I cannot buy a console for a 15/20h game, however that would make the console way more appealing to me.

Bayonetta being in smash to me almost guarantees Bayonetta 3 will be on the NX, and in Smash 5. That being said no I would not, I enjoyed both games on Wii U but not enough to buy a console solely for it.

I wouldn't buy another console for just Bayonetta 3, but if I happened to own the console that Bayonetta 3 was on, I would buy it for sure, unless it ends up sucking ofc.

Likely not. If it came out on NX, I would get it there. If it came out on a Sony and Xbox console, I would likely not, unless I bought those other consoles for other reasons. I wouldn't buy it for Bayo alone.

I wouldn't fall into the conclusion that no Sony or Micro fan bought a Wii U to play Bayonetta 2.

No, actually they do. They all buy the consoles with the games they want to play the most. The difference is just a matter of preference: Nintendo fans whant to play Nintendo games the most, this doesn't exclude they could like other games.

If I was (for example) the greatest Bayonetta fan in the world, then probably I would have probably bought a X360 and WiiU already and I would be willing to buy even an Ouya2 (if it had Bayonetta 3).

No, a numbered Suikoden is the only game that can make me buy a console, but I'd buy Bayonetta 3 if it comes to a console I own.
