I would add Phil Spencer to the list simply because he has taken that XBox division and made it fun again, gave them a real direction, and is open to working with others, not just destroying everything in XBox's path. If things continue, I see him at least making the list next year, as he is a pioneer for the new direction XBox seems to be taking : )
