I got 10 free.  I got 5 each for both of my ps3.  Don't remember off hand which ones I got except for the Patriot and Swordfish.  Only took about two weeks to receive them.

only two weeks? Lucky.
mine took a month and a half.
I've heard others had to wait far longer.
Magnific0 is an example, he had to wait for three months.

 Yep, I had to have the other 5 sent to my work. Got all 10 the same day.  Sent form in early December and received a few days before Christmas. :)

I can't remember if the offer said 6 to 8 weeks time, or 8 to 10 weeks.
